SCOTT DUBIEL – Spring Sales Manager
Scott Dubiel comes to Rogers Sports Marketing with more than 20 years of experience in the Sporting Goods Industry. Scott’s most recent experience includes 14 years of sales and field marketing experience with Pure Fishing. Prior to working for Pure Fishing, Scott spent 7 years working in sales, marketing, and research and development for the Acushnet Company – Titleist Golf. Scott attended Florida Southern College with studies in marketing and represents Rogers Sports Marketing on the East Coast of Florida and from Jacksonville to the Florida Keys.
ALLEN PACE - Fall Sales Manager
From Tallahassee, FL., Allen brings a combination of an extreme passion for the outdoors with 30+ years of outdoor industry experience (including retail, professional sales/marketing and brand management). Cultivating opportunity while strengthening core business based on individual account needs and industry trends have always been his goal, ensuring growth for clients and manufacturers alike. In addition to hunting and offshore fishing with family and friends, Allen enjoys collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals with common goals and values.
JOHN BAUCOM – Salesman
John comes to RSM with over 13 years of sales experience in the hunting and fishing industry. He is an avid outdoorsman and is passionate about helping others pursue the same. His strength is building relationships and problem solving to best serve his customer needs. John is known for his abilities to find common ground and foster a team spirit. He enjoys all kinds of hunting, particularly deer and winged game, and his family shares his passion of fishing the warm Florida Gulf waters. He has competed professionally on the national bass fishing stage on the FLW and B.A.S.S. tours, and recreationally in multiple regional saltwater tournaments.
JACKSON GILLASPIE – Salesman
Jackson Gillaspie was born and raised in Boaz, Alabama. He graduated from Boaz High School in 2017 and went on to Snead State Community College where he competed in both FLW and BASS Nation collegiate tournaments. He is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys both hunting and fishing. He has have worked in retail fishing sales since 2015, supplying top end equipment for tournament anglers across the country.
DRAKE HOLLANDER - Salesman
Drake was born and raised in the North Georgia mountains. He recently graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries. He comes to RSM with a background in numerous outdoor apparel brands, fishing companies, guide services, and customer relations. Drake has traveled nationwide to pursue his dreams in the outdoor industry and is looking forward to bringing his passion for the outdoors to RSM.
BRIAN KELLER – Salesman
Brian Keller attended Western Carolina University with studies in Marketing. Brian has been in the Sporting Goods Industry for 16 years. Brian’s experience includes being a distributor salesman for five years and a manufacturer’s representative for eleven years. Brian has experience selling a variety of sporting goods products related to: hunting, fishing, firearms and accessories, knives, camping and archery. Brian serves South Carolina and Western North Carolina. Brian’s key accounts include Smokey Mountain Knife Works & Blue Ridge Knives.
SCOTT PHILLIPS - Salesman
Scott began his career in the sporting goods industry 30+ year ago. He worked in sales for industry leaders such as Ashland Shooting Supply, Kiesler's Police Supply, Sports South, Drago gear, and Lou's Police Distributors. Scott is looking forward to bringing his vast experience and customer relation skills to RSM. In his free time, Scott is usually out saltwater fishing for sails, dolphin, and king mackerel. Or, he may be out on his kayak fishing for that trophy bass.
BLAKE CAMBELL - Salesman
Blake is passionate about helping people know the tools used to properly enjoy their time outdoors. Blake worked as a sales manager for Florida Water Sports. During his time at Florida Watersport, he gained 6 years of sales and management experience. He is familiar with the RSM Team, as he has helped them at trade shows, clinics, and store events. Blake attended Sea School in Panama City, where earned his USCG license as a Master Captain. Blake is originally from Georgia but was raised in Panama City Beach, FL
CARTER GAVLOCK - Salesman
Carter Gavlock was originally born and raised in State College, Pennsylvania. He moved to Florida at the start of 2019 and began his career in the fishing industry as a sales associate. Carter is coming to RSM with high end retail experience in the Tampa Bay area. During his time in retail, he accrued an expansive network of connections extending to nearly every corner of the industry. Carter is a young, highly motivated individual with a strong drive to see the industry evolve and prosper for the coming generations. He is incredibly passionate about fishing and freediving, spending nearly all his free time on or in the water.
RICHARD WEEKLEY - Salesman
From Rome GA, Richard brings a combination of an extreme passion for the outdoors with 15+ years of outdoor industry experience (including retail, professional sales/marketing and brand management). Customer-oriented, strategic-thinking sales professional with over twenty years of experience in building relationships, cultivating partnerships, retaining top accounts and growing profit channels. Multi-tasking and self-motivated leader with expertise in expanding network connections, persuasively introducing products, implementing pricing models, inventory control and projections. Richard will be a great addition to the RSM team and a true asset to our accounts with which he already has many relationships. Richard will cover NW Georgia, North Alabama and North Mississippi.
